For over two decades, Tao Group Hospitality has been at the forefront of creating iconic experiences, from velvet ropes and bottle service to lively pool parties and rooftop celebrations, across more than 70 locations in 20 markets on five continents. Now, they’re elevating their game by launching their own branded hotel.
Famous for restaurants and nightspots such as Beauty & Essex, Marquee, LAVO, OMNIA, and their signature nightclubs, Tao Group’s first hotel will debut in Orlando in 2025 as part of O-Town West, a sprawling $1 billion, 350-acre development in southwest Orange County. “A hotel was a natural step for us, and we’re thrilled to develop a property that truly embodies the Tao lifestyle,” said Noah Tepperberg, co-CEO of Tao Group Hospitality, in a statement to TripSavvy.
“Our clientele has grown with us over the years and is seeking more than just brief fun at our venues. This hotel will offer a luxurious retreat that highlights our flagship concept in a brand new way.”
While collaborating with Unicorp National Developments on this project, the hotel will maintain a recognizable style for fans of Tao’s famous venues. Rockwell Group, a long-term partner, will design the entire space, featuring their signature plush, upscale look with early designs showing dark crimson walls and lavish seating in the lobby.
“Tao is more than just great food and nightlife; it’s a way of life,” Tepperberg added. “This ambitious project gives us a unique opportunity to bring that lifestyle to life.”
The luxury hotel will include a TAO Asian Bistro, a rooftop experience, upscale suites, meeting spaces, and a state-of-the-art gym. As they prepare for the 2025 opening, Tao Group Hospitality is keeping fans engaged with plans to unveil at least 10 new branded locations in 2023.
